La Bohème Brulée
Less stuff. More freedom.
There certainly is beauty in simplicity. Guided by that idea, this time I relied on the power of black. Black as a drama, elegance, formality, and mystery always looks good on any occasion.

Simple. Elegant. Correct.

Cheerful and curious as I am, I believe that even in black you can cheer everything up with few details that fit into your purse and can make you look good even if you want to look up at some event in the city after work.

I like simple but refuse ordinary and formal. I like black but I am always trying to add the note of extravagance.
This time I took my old black jumpsuit from the wardrobe. Simple but not boring, it has metal buckles that bind the stripes around the shoulders and the back.

As a base, I wore classic black turtleneck as a keynote of elegance. Black shoes and bags fit perfectly but:
Simplicity, carried to an extreme, becomes elegance.

That's why I cheered it all up with leather white heels and the white vintage purse.
Since it was quite windy, I had to make sure that I can tame my hair with a hat. This hat is actually more than 40 years old and inherited. Made of soft white leather, serves the purpose but is also a striking detail as a final touch to an outfit.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and the glory of expression.

Black doesn't have to be boring, neither the business look has to be strictly formal. Only two colors can make you shine and only you can make yourself shine from inside.

Sans élégance de coeur, il n'y a pas d'élégance. (YSL)
What do you say?
Bises.
